Mars89 is a DJ/Composer currently based in Tokyo.

In 2016 he published a cassette tape & zine bundle named East End Chaos. In 2017, Bristol-based experimental dub label Bokeh Versions released Mars89’s “Lucid Dream”, an 8-track EP. In 2018 he released a 12inch vinyl named “End Of The Death” on Bokeh Versions.
Mars89 was the music producer for the soundtrack for UNDERCOVER’s runway at Paris Fashion Week 2019 A/W, a documentary by Keiichi Tanaami and various Louis Vuitton adverts for the 2019 A/W Mens Collection.

In 2019 he released TX-55 on Acrylic Records as well as The Droogs (Undercover Records) which includes remixes by Thom Yorke, Low Jack and Zomby.

He’s currently a resident DJ on Bristol’s Noods Radio.
